As an Account Manager your duties will include:
Consistently exceeding software licence new & renewals targets on a quarterly basis.Managing some of the top tier clients with the responsibility to sell across its full portfolio of the solution, building trust and confidence with customers, partners and colleagues through unquestionable integrity and professionalism.Collaborating with Product Account Managers aligned to the 3 business units to drive, qualifying and executing opportunities that provide profitable revenue within its existing major clients.Participating in pipeline generation events to build an effective pipeline and executing on each phase of the value selling process.Diagnosing customer needs and recommending value-based solutions that reflect a clear understanding of its products and services, primary differentiators, customer segments, and key competitors’ offerings. In brief, you know what they need, you know who we’re up against, and you know why we’re better.Engaging with dedicated pre-sales, inside sales and internal ecosystem colleagues to achieve common goals. To be a successful Account Manager you will have the following skills and experience: 
Proven track record in selling software solutions to top tiers / strategic customers.The ability to establish a repeatable process shaped by an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.In-depth experience managing complex environments and are skilled at forecasting and territory planning.Ideally, you will have formal sales training (MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, Sandler, Solution Selling etc.)Strong business acumen and professionalism. In return, the Account Manager will receive a salary of c£70,000 to £95,000 base plus £85,000+ commission depending upon experience with over-achievers will have the opportunity to earn well in excess of £200,000. The company do encourage you to work from home from time to time.
