£100000 - £120000 per annum

Our client, a multi-national insurance business, is seeking to recruit a Cyber Innovation SME to be based in London (with international travel) paying up to c£120,000 basic salary plus extras.

The Cyber Innovation SME will carry deep understanding across; Cyber Insurance, FinTech & InsTech and will be appropriately networked across this market.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:-

* Liaise with existing Cyber/Innovation Managers to better understand the strategic direction of our business and gather requirements.

* Identifying innovation opportunities and showcase latest technology within Cyber, AI, Insurtech & Fintech.

* Attend appropriate conferences and meet-ups to improve our brand recognition and distil down to the start-up scene our desire to innovate our insurance business.

* Gather metrics for monthly reporting dashboard.

* Assist in the development of the cyber insurance strategy.

* Perform stakeholder management including regular communication measures appropriate for the target groups.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Technical Capabilities

* University degree or equivalent work experience

* Cyber risk and Insurtech background

* Cyber risk or technical IT qualification desirable

* Proven experience in applying an innovation toolkit, including field research, ideation, prototyping, and concept development

* Knowledge of Agile methodology and Six Sigma desirable
