DevOps Engineer - Outside of IR35

£450-550 per day

My client are currently looking for a DevOps engineer to join them on a 3 months+ contract with high likelihood of extensions.

Essential Skills:

*Experience of infrastructure and operations, in particular with public cloud providers, ideally Amazon Web Services

*Experience of monitoring and alerting within a container platform

*Detailed understanding of the challenges of deploying and monitoring distributed, event driven microservices

*Experience of web and platform security, including security best practice and OWASP recommendations

*Experience of building and maintaining automated build and deployment pipelines, ideally using Concourse CI

*Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary agile environment

Desirable skills:

*Experience of the Hashicorp stack (Consul, Nomad and Vault)

*Experience of the ELK stack and Prometheus

*Experience of building and deploying Docker containers

*Experience of Apache Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis and Elasticsearch would be an advantage
