Project Manager/ GC Dependency- Basingstoke- 10 Months.

Candidates should hold SC Clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the process.

A Project Manager is required in order to support an in-flight Business Change Project in the Global Connectivity (GC) Account.

* This PM will have responsibility to lead and conclude the overarching delay claims project supported by PMO Graduate PM.

* This Contractually/Commercially focussed role will be executed in two overlapping parts.

* Understand & Define - To evidence delays already reported by field-based teams, take unstructured evidence trails (generally emails) and form a coherent exception report which aligns with the requirements of the relevant contract schedules. This needs to be in a format which has been approved by the GC Commercial Team, providing a factual & compliant 'exception reports' to support the Commercial Letters & delay claims.

* Educate and Transform - Using the knowledge gained during the "Understand & Define" phase, form templates, guidelines and ways of working to transition into PMO and delivery teams. Success will be measured by the demonstrable adjustment of behaviours, providing evidence and exception reports which align with the requirements of the contract, and can be used directly. The above may result in establishing a supporting capability within the PMO to centrally capture, format & archive evidence trails
