We are looking for a Supply Chain Professional to be a part of the IBP excellence center that is responsible for the functional excellence of a global uniform and transparent supply chain system involving people, processes, tools, metrics and data. We are looking for someone how is able to manage and execute one or more projects simultaneously always with the objective to improve supply chain performance. Improvements will be primarily driven through projects with internal customers being other IBP/ supply chain team members, IT, Sales, Finance, Production and Innovation. The Supply Chain professional has to coach and strengthen the brand new excellence team with his experience as a leader and subject matter expertise. With his expertise he will be a sparring partner for the extended supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Driving the tackling of complex supply chain

-related business problems , analyzing, designing and implementing solutions

-Applies knowledge and expertise, analytical skills, and creative thinking to modify or adjust processes or approaches to best meet needs / objectives

-Management of projects through the project lifecycle applying solid project methodology (Project Plan, Deliverables, Success Criteria, Planning, Progress tracking and Risk management)

-Leading project teams by engaging, delegating and empowering project members

-Project stakeholder management and progress reporting

-Follow change management process methodology (Aware, Desire, Know, Apply, Retain)

-Develop and execute training & education

-Coaching excellence team members

Skills:

-Significant content knowledge and practice of supply chain management with a minimum of 5 years experience

-Master degree or equivalent experience in a respective discipline

-Mature SAP SCM knowledge

-Develop effective working relationships with others. Willingly contributes ideas within and across work groups, and teams with others to complete varied work assignments

-Synthesize complex data into simple and compelling arguments for action and change

-Strong Stakeholder Management

-Excellent presenter

-Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of the business from a local and global viewpoint

Examples of Work in Scope:

-Lead and support projects that enable and enhance IBP and underlying supply chain processes. (Forecasting solutions, demand management processes, production planning, inventory model and master data integrity)

-Development of dashboards and metrics and KPI's driving performance discussions and providing root cause for action taking

-Create training materials, document procedures and conduct workshops to comply with new/existing business processes

-Supporting the implementation of the new designed IBP process
