An exciting opportunity has come up for a Salesforce Administrator to join a successful and innovative FinTech company based in the centre of Brighton.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for providing first line support for all Salesforce CRM queries whilst troubleshooting issues all the while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. As the Salesforce Administrator you will work closely with the Salesforce Manager to support all Salesforce users across the business by driving efficiency and establishing best practices through projects and initiatives. You will oversee the maintenance of the Salesforce platform whilst designing and implementing workflows, maintaining quality of Salesforce system data and conducting regular checks of data integrity.

As part of your role as Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for setting up licenses for new starters and supporting the learning and development team with training during induction periods. You will also be responsible for providing regular, accurate reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Further skills and experience required for a Salesforce Administrator:

* Strong knowledge of Force.com and the Salesforce CRM system.

* Experience in building dashboards or Business Intelligence tools.

* Previous experience of implementing robust information security procedures and adherence to GDPR practices.

Desirable skills for a Salesforce Administrator:

* Relevant certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).

* Experience using Service Cloud and Pardot Systems.

* Knowledge of Sage software.

* Experience working in Agile environment.

Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Brighton

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits
