Are you a Production Line Leader from a food background looking to develop your career within growing company who manufacture luxury products?

In this varied role, you will be working alongside another manager in a busy factory to supervise the production team, working with the operations manager to overcome issues, solve problems and ensure the team adheres to recipes.

The company are rapidly growing and have plans to expand their product nationally with some of the biggest names in retail such as Harrods and Selfridges. They pride themselves on having a close knit team and a fantastic working environment alongside producing a high quality luxury product for their customers.

This role will benefit a Senior Team Leader looking to technically develop your career in a fulfilling role with a rapidly growing company.

The Role:

*Managing luxury food production

*Ensuring production team adheres to recipes

*Adhering to GMP

The Person:

*Background in food management or a line leader looking to take the next step in their career

*Understand Good Manufacturing Practises

*Some experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader/Managerial position
