Teamleiter / Teamlead (m/f) - Satellite RF Test Systems

What you will be doing

* You will be responsible for the full delivery life cycle from customer requirements to customer acceptance for test systems for satellite RF-subsystems

* You will be responsible for the solution architecture and for maintaining it up to date and in-line with the solution definition (as given by product line manager (m/f)) and the project specific requirements

* You will be in charge for implementing a harmonized and optimized solution architecture as common basis for project specific adaptations

* You will support the migration towards future competitive solutions

* You will aid the product line manager (m/f) in the definition of the solution road map

* You will cooperate with the SW architect (m/f) who is responsible for the definition of the base SW architecture of these power test systems

* You will manage the project specific requirements and define necessary adaptations to the base architecture

* You will support the pre-sales & offer elaboration (preliminary high level designs, efforts, costs, offer documentation)

* You will manage the selection and procurement of commercial off-the-shelf equipment needed for project specific components

* You will contribute to the implementation of project specific solutions (e.g. design, coding, system test,documentation etc.)

* You will be the Team lead (m/f) and in charge of the resource management of assigned team members

* You will manage international internal stakeholders (delivery, business unit, sales, pre-sales)

* You will manage international external stakeholders (customer, suppliers, subcontractors, partners)

* You will be responsible for the adherence to relevant industry quality standards for design, development and manufacturing

What your profile looks like

* Profound know-how of RF technology and RF measurements for satellite radio banks

* Experience with integration concepts of comparable industry grade solutions

* Knowledge of state of the art industry measurement devices (Agilent/Keysight, R&S, etc.) including related measurement command interfaces, e.g. SCPI

* General RF measurement techniques experience (signal generator, signal analyzer, oscilloscope, … )

* Test automation knowledge - principles, best practices

* Work experience with at least one of the following SW languages: C, C++, Java, etc. as well as Linux and bash scripts

* Beneficial: various communication protocols: TCP and UDP including satellite specific protocols like e.g. PUS, ECSS, EDEN, HLP etc.

* Very good English language skills (min. level C1)
