As Analytics Scrum Master you will be primarily focused on leading the delivery teams in the use of the Agile/Scrum development concepts and principles for delivering new projects to customers. You will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Agile best practices to guide the team on issues encountered during the software development life cycle.

You will guide the team on the use Agile/Scrum practices to ensure a solid understanding of the ceremonies, expectations, deliverables, dependencies and their role in the agile development methodology. This will mean Integrating Agile & Lean principles into team practices and work products. You will apply problem solving skills to remove blockers to the projects. Organize and facilitate all ceremonies - daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other -related meetings. You will also be expected to continuously learn new tools and techniques to improve self and team.

To be successful in this you will need at least 3 years' experience with agile project management. Ideally you would have a previous experience working in either a BI or Data environment. You will need a strong technical knowledge and hold one of the Scrum certifications. Candidates will also need to be prepared undertake security clearance.
