Civil Engineer (Drainage)

£50,000 to £55,000 + Progression + Pension + Healthcare

An excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer with drainage experience looking to take charge of multidisciplinary projects for a well-established, growing company while working in an autonomous role.

Do you have experience delivering projects within the drainage and highways industry? Do you have experience both managing and mentoring a team?

This award-winning company are a specialist multidisciplinary building consultancy that work with a variety of clients from both the public and commercial sector. Due to continual success they are now looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to drive the business forward.

In this role you will be undertaking a variety of projects and overseeing them as well as being responsible for the technical design, drawings and reports for projects. You will also oversee and mentor a small team, aid with project delivery and help guide them develop their knowledge and skills.

This role would suit a Civil Engineer looking to technically develop and progress their career whilst working for a specialist company.

The Role:

* Managing and mentoring a small team

* Designing and overseeing projects within the drainage and highways sectors

* Being the principal POC for all project enquiries including design and consultation

The Person:

* Civil Engineer with experience on drainage and highways projects

* Previous experience using MicroDrainage or similar software

* Looking to take a lead role on a variety of projects within an expanding company
