Digital Platform Co-ordinator - Intranet (Up to 12 Month Contract)

What you'll be doing

In this role, you’ll be supporting the growing Digital team in creating amazing digital experiences for users across our client’s new intranet, sister sites and related systems, and driving performance in line with organisational objectives.

A key part of your role will be co-ordinating the management of our client’s new intranet. This will include; making updates to the website, supporting the ongoing maintenance work, such as bug fixes, testing and feature developments, and maintenance of integrations. You’ll also be proactively supporting the team on the delivery of the product roadmap. This will include the delivery and improvement of processes around the user, IA and asset management, template and component usage, and platform maintenance.

Working with the Digital Co-ordinator, you’ll ensure that work is triaged and flows through the team effectively, so that our client meets their SLAS and internal targets. Strong communication and organisational skills are therefore key.

Plus, you’ll also get the opportunity to work across our client’s main website, sister sites and related systems.

What you'll need:

- Experience of using CMS platforms, ideally SharePoint

- Previous experience of working within large and complex organisations, or digital experience in an agency role

- A degree level qualification or equivalent client or agency experience

- Ideally experience with Kanban, Lean and Agile methodologies (although this isn’t essential)
