- Incident, Change, Problem and Project Management

- Rota & On Call Management

- Relationship Management with Stakeholders & Vendors

Technical Skill-Set:

- Microsoft Exchange

- Office 365

- Project Work

- 3rd line IT support

- Symantec.Cloud

- Secure Mail Gateway (Symantec)

- McAfee Email Gateway (MEG 7.5)

- Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016
