Public Affairs Manager Junior wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

* University degree in Public Affairs, Law, Policy, Health Economics or Business with work experience

* Practical knowledge in a PA-related business, government or non-governmental organisation setting with international exposure and policy analysis

* Work experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is advantageous

* Event Management or PM skills is a plus

* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French or Spanish is beneficial

Your tasks:

* Administrating input and compiling issue updates to senior management and providing support for development of policy analysis, mapping and key messages on selected key regional topics

* Assisting in agenda development and logistics of annual International Public Affairs Regional meeting and cross divisional Public Affairs and Market Access Regional Meeting

* Planning webinars and trainings for Public Affairs associates on selected topics as well as managing and setting agenda for International Public Affairs Steering Group, Monthly Calls and Best Practices sharing calls

* Collaborating with IPA team member in Trade Association engagements managing inputs for senior management documentation and meetings as needed

* Performing key presentations for internal and external audiences as wells as other tasks such as drafting of letters or speech writing for senior management
