DevOps Engineer | 6 months+ | Nr Finsbury Square | 425 - 525 day rate

Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently working with an international organisation as they look to secure DevOps Engineers for their key client based near Finsbury Square, London.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Google Cloud Partner (GCP)

DEVOPS JOB ROLE PRE-REQUITIES:

We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers where you will work on a contract basis and have several years experience as DevOps Cloud Engineer

Experience in automation of code deployment across multiple cloud providers such as Amazon Web Service, Google Cloud, VMware

Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always up, always-available service

Experience with designing Continuous Deployment/Delivery for large scale complex Enterprise systems

KEY SKILLS FOR DEVOPS JOB ROLE:

You will have hands on experience with DevOps tools (CI tools like Jenkins, Ansible/Puppet/Chef, Artifactory, Spinnaker

Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration along with Terraform hands-on experience is a must

Strong programming with (PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby)

Experience with build/release and deployment pipeline

Experience with Docker containers and orchestration platforms such as ECS, Kubernetes, Mesos and/or Swarm

Experience developing solutions using Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chief, Puppet, SaltStack

Infrastructure provisioning and automation tools Terraform, CloudFormation or Deployment Manager

Strong experience with Concourse and SecOps (Security Operations) is required

Spinnaker and Kubernetes is a plus
