Quantity Surveyor

A Main Contractor, who is very well financially managed, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Birmingham.

If you are looking for a real variety of work across interesting projects then this role would be for you.

The Quantity Surveyor will be working for a company who have a number of projects in sectors including, high-rise resi, hotels and commercial offices.

As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will join a company who have an extremely good client base, leading to regular repeat business and consistent workloads.

The company has very high staff retention and also a strong reputation for delivering projects on time and to a very good standard.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

-Main Contractor experience ideal

-Good attitude, happy to get hands on with work

-Happy to travel for role

-UK Driving license

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum

Location: Birmingham

Benefits: Car/Car allowance, 26 holidays, private healthcare, 5% Matched Pension
