Senior Software Developer (C#, .NET) - Lincoln - £45k - Path to Tech Lead / Team Lead

An award-winning retail firm with an international reputation for staff satisfaction requires a strong software developer (C#, .NET) to join their expanding development team in Lincoln.

You'll work on the development, deployment and ongoing improvement of a number of business critical business applications (built on the Microsoft technology stack). Your role will primarily be a hands-on role however there's an opportunity for you to take on some leadership responsibility within your specific team, assigning tasks to more junior members and providing support and guidance. You'll also act as the conduit between the business and the technical team, ensuring solutions are designed in line with business requirements.

You should have solid and thorough understanding of core Microsoft development technologies including some of the following: .NET framework, MVC, C#, SQL Server SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Web services, ASP.net, TFS, Visual Studio

As well as a salary of up to £45k, the role provides a great opportunity to develop your skills into more of a Tech Lead / Development Team Lead role, taking on more responsibility as you gain a better understanding of the business.
