One of our major financial services clients is currently seeking a Test Specialist with experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud aka SFMC (previously known as ExactTarget), to join their office based in central London. They have been undergoing a significant transformation over the past 2 years and will continue on that trajectory for the foreseeable future in order to establish themselves as a leading market player.

Within the role you'll:

* Assist in developing the Test Strategy and Test Plans

* Analyse business requirements, specify & design test scripts and execute them on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform

* Work with different technical teams such as Business, Development, Business Analyst to assess scope of Testing and review test results (both functional and performance). Provide accurate reporting on Testing progress, risk & issues

* Act as a Testing expert for the Salesforce Marketing cloud Platform and provide independent Quality assurance for all changes on platform before live implementation

* Work as part of Agile team and ensure new features testing is planned & executed as per sprint timeline

Experience required:

* 2-3 year of Development experience on Salesforce products and technologies (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

* Experience and strong knowledge on SQL, stored procedures and relational Database

* Knowledge of XML, web programming including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

* Ability to work under strict project deadlines

* Team player and can-do attitude

* Proficiency in Test management tools like Quality Center (ALM) or Jira

* Knowledge of Test automation and Tools

Desirable experience:

* A Bachelors/ Master's degree in information systems

* Knowledge of credit card life-cycle
