Agile Business Analyst - Contract - London - £500 per day

A world renowned FinTech company I represent are currently looking for an agile business analyst to join them for a 6 month rolling contract. The ideal candidate will have worked in a true agile environment for some years utilising boths scrum & kanban methodologies. The company has proven time and time again over recent years that they are miles ahead of their direct competitors, they've been on the "Sunday Times Tech Track 100" 3 years in a row and aren't looking to slow down anytime soon, so there is huge potential for multiple extensions.

Inside the role

* Demonstrate experience working with agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban.

* Collaborate with engineers and product people to create and manage the product backlog.

* To support the team in taking ownership of and achieving their goals.

* Can use a wide range of techniques to ensure the effective communication of goals when creating or refining user stories.

* Able to contribute to the creation of high level roadmap items using a variety of practices.

* To act as a liaison between the engineering teams and all stakeholders of an initiative.

* Take ownership of reflecting changes in priority to ensure alignment across stakeholders and engineering.

* Awareness of how to quickly establish rapport with stakeholders with different perspectives

* Able to develop an understanding of the domain.

Requirements

* Very clear and effective communicator

* Has experienced working with tech teams in several different contexts

* Experience in working with UX team

* Able to contribute to improvement initiatives

* Understands how to create effective team measurement strategies and techniques
