Stakeholder Engagement Business Partner - Stakeholder Engagement Manager, Engagement Manager, Engagement Specialist, Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, Stakeholder Engagement Officer

Brighton - Salary £42,368 per annum (12 month fixed-term)

My client, a Financial Services regulator, are looking to recruit an experience Stakeholder Engagement Business Partner to develop and implement the organisation's engagement strategy to build support and advocacy for their work among a broader range of stakeholders and partner organisations, in line with their new regulatory approach and operating model.

You will directly deliver targeted engagement activities, provide advice and support to colleagues, and maintain effective engagement tools and processes, and will lead on building their profile and awareness of their key messages with specific allocated stakeholders.

The following skills/experience are deemed essential to be able to make an effectvie contribution:

* Strong understanding of stakeholder / relationship mapping tools and techniques

* Solid understanding of a range of communications disciplines

* Good understanding of the pensions and regulatory landscape

* Good understanding of project management techniques, including an understanding of Agile methodology

* Expertise in developing and delivering successful corporate engagement strategies and plans

* Excellent networking, presentation, written and oral communication skills

* Ability to analyse and map business processes

* Ability to produce business tools and associated communications and training

* Ability to capture, collate and present complex information and assess organisational impact
