Are you a dynamic and driven Project Manager with Estimating experience within the Construction (and ideally Cladding) industry looking to join a rapidly expanding but family run business with lots of progression?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading company within the construction industry to work on and project manage a wide range of high profile projects and make a real impact within the business.

This company was established around 60 years ago and although has dramatically increased in size, still retains a family feel (the current MD is the son of the founder). They have an extremely high retention rate with their staff with a promote from within policy.

This position would suit a Project Manager with Estimating experience looking to work on a diverse range of exciting projects, who wants to progress to a Senior position within the organisation.

The Role:

- Project Management

- Prepare tenders

- Winning new business through existing accounts

- Estimation

The Person:

- Estimating experience from a cladding/roofing background

- Experience in preparing tenders

- Want progression

- Dynamic
