A key client of ours in the online space have recently opened up a brand new position on their team amongst others for a Scrum Master. You will be brought in to manage two scrum teams and to act as an active contributor to driving the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is 1-3 years into their Scrum Master career who wants to develop their skills further in an innovative and fast-paced .

This role will be full-time based in our clients Wexford office so interested candidates must be flexible to work from this location 5 days a week.

The following experience are MUST HAVES in order for you to be considered for this role:

- At least 1-2 years experience acting as a dedicated Scrum Master leading 1-2 teams (anything less than 1 year will not suffice and you must have been performing in a pure scrum role)

- Demonstrated experience working in an established agile environment

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong ability to influence teams and facilitation skills

A typical day for the Scrum Master will involve:

- Working with two scrum teams and empowering them to make great decisions in how they develop, test and release software

- Providing coaching, facilitation and support to the team

- Supporting the Product Owner in developing and managing the backlog, creating appropriate stories, grooming, and prioritisation

- Working with colleagues to improve their ability to deliver software, reducing their time to market whilst improving the quality of software delivered

- Work with other Scrum Masters, to ensure that agile principles and practices are adhered to

- Running scrum ceremonies effectively and efficiently

- Track work progress to identify blockages and recurring
