HP|konnect is searching for Senior iOS Engineer to join diverse and progressive engineering team working on internationally scalable and maintainable fintech product.

While reporting directly to Lead iOS Engineer, you’ll be focusing on writing high-quality, highly testable code, code reviewing, contributing to iOS technical architecture and vision as the product grows and expands.

You’ll be pair programming with other engineers and you’ll assist the lead of the platform in the release process. You’ll work closely with the Design Team as well as collaborate with UI automation team daily. As well important part of the role will be mentoring of less experienced team members.

The Role

- At least 5 or more years’ commercial iOS development experience

- Strong knowledge in Swift, Objective C and recent iOS SDKs

- Implementing OOP/POP principles, SOLID, clean code, design patterns and iOS architectures

- Have a passion for developing high quality iOS apps that have a real customer focus

- Believe in the importance of testing at all levels and be a strong advocate of Test Driven Development

- Experience and work within an Agile environment - Scrum and/or Kanban

- Strong communication skills

Tech Stack

- Experience in Swift, Objective C and iOS SDKs

- Understanding of OOP/POP, SOLID principles, clean code, design patterns and iOS architecture

- Experience integrating with third party RESTful APIs and associated libraries

- Experience with pull requests and code reviewing

- Version control with GIT

- JIRA, CI/CD (Jenkins/Buddy Build etc)

- Experience of TDD/BDD and UI testing is advantageous

- Functional Reactive programming and pair programming is essential
