Exciting opportunity on offer for someone with an electronics background looking to work in a customer based technical support role, within a company that are well known for developing their staff.

Do you have a knowledge of electronics and have come from a repair / technical department environment?

Established over 35 years ago, this company are a specialist electronics manufacturer that create highly technical and niche products. They are currently experiencing a period of growth and are looking for a support engineer to help within the current work load.

In this role you will be the first point of contact with the customer and will deal with all the necessary queries. You will report customer feedback, from both on the phone and in person, to the correct technical teams and suggest the improvements that can be made to the products.

Candidates that are from a repair desk or electronics technical department are encouraged to apply.

The Person:

- Background in Electronics

- Able to use test equipment

- Knowledge of circuits and devices

- Ideally from a repair / technical environment

- Live within a commutable distance of Slough

The Role

- Technical Support Engineer (Electronics) - £30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Technical Progression + Bonus Scheme

- Occasional Worldwide Travel
