We're looking for new recruiters to join our teams in London. Comprehensive training is given to all new hires through Frank University - our training programme provides both experienced and new Entry Level Recruitment Consultants with a sales development program around recruiting best practices, client and candidate management,contract negotiation, business development and B2B sales.

Our interactive training is a mix of seminar style courses, on-the-job coaching, personal development plans and a dedicated senior mentor.

We promote from within, and rather than being based on seniority or time, our team leaders and managers have been promoted based on their results. Skilled consultants can be promoted within their first 18-24 months.
