After Sales Advisor (Technical/Engineering)

£18,000 - £21,000 + Company Benefits

Are you from Customer Service or Sales background and ideally from a background in Technical/Engineering products looking to join an industry leading company who boast a great staff retention rate and invest in their employees?

This is an opportunity of a Monday to Friday role within a great working environment joining a close knit office team.

The company are growing year on year, they specialise in selling a wide range of products into different industries. They have built a great reputation in the industry based on their quality of product and service.

This role would suit someone with previous experience within Customer Service/Sales/After Sales looking to join a company for a long term career.

The Role:

- Provide effective technical advice and customer service to a network of distributors and end users

- Providing technical support and working in hand with both Internal and External sales staff

- Investigate and respond to distributor & end user queries

The Person:

- Must have proven experience within Customer Service/Sales/After Sales

- You will ideally be technically minded or have knowledge of technical engineering products
