A brand new exciting role has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst that would love to take a step into a Product Owner position for a non for profit based in Enfield, Great London. You will be acting as the product owner for the CRM & digital systems across the charity where you will be acting as the key point of contact, producing road maps, develop user stories and user acceptance criteria. This is a brilliant chance for someone to take there first step into a product role where you will learn so many new skills and progress your product career further.

As the Business Analyst / Product Owner you will be responsible for all projects affecting the membership team, designing an effective user testing programme and working with all major suppliers. You will be given full training, but this is perfect for someone who is a quick learner & wants a new challenging role. As the Business Analyst / Product Owner you could come from various back grounds including project management, PMO, process improvement, systems analysts, data analysis or business analysis.

Skills required for the Business Analyst / Product Owner are:

- Ability to communicate and work with various senior stakeholders across the business

- Has worked on CRM, systems or IT application projects

- A keen interest in Product Management / Product Ownership

- Very quick learner

Salary: £34,500 + excellent benefits

Location: Enfield, North London (working from home & flexi hours)
