Lead Software Engineer / Senior .Net Developer that has excellent coding (C#, Java / JavaScript, ASP.Net, MVCS5, Node.JS) with team leading skills is required by a well-established Company based in Shepshed, Leicestershire (near Loughborough).

SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Shepshed, Leicestershire (near Loughborough)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer / Senior .Net Developer that has excellent coding (C#, Java / JavaScript, ASP.Net, MVCS5, Node.JS) with team leading skills.

As the Lead Software Engineer / Senior .Net Developer you will organise the team’s daily development activities, overseeing the team, whilst actively contributing to code development. Your time will be split 50/50 between coding and leading the team.

Working as the Lead Software Engineer / Senior .Net Developer you will also liaise with the Head of Innovation to help implement solutions as part of the Company’s growing service business.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Lead Software Engineer / Senior .Net Developer you will have the following skills and experience:

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

                                         Team leadership skills with experience managing the day-to-day monitoring of software project progress

                                         C#

                                         ASP.NET

                                         MVC5

                                         Node.JS

                                         Java / JavaScript

                                         TFS (Team Foundation Server)

                                         Setting sprints

DESIRABLE SKILLS

                                         Exposure to React

                                         Any experience of Microsoft Azure (PaaS and IaaS) would great to have

                                         Experience of Amazon Web Services would be a bonus

                                         Any experience of JIRA would be a real benefit
