This well-established, expanding family run company are looking for an estimator to join the business. They specialise in education, commercial and residential construction projects. They can offer a wide range of exciting benefits alongside offering the chance to work on varied and challenging tasks where you will have responsibility of end to end management for a variety of projects.

In this role you will be estimating for range of projects up to £1.5 million. You will be working alongside the contracts manager where you will be carrying out tasks from costings, evaluations through to conducting client visits, determining operational risks as well as being initiative to maximise companies' profits while providing a good service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience of estimating in a construction environment who has experience of educational projects and be keen to take on a wide range of responsibilities.

The Role:

* Estimating for commercial clients

* Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met

* Full project management of the tender process

* Working closely with the contracts managers

* Occasional travel to client sites

The Person:

* Estimator from a construction background (education would be a bonus)

* Experience in refurbishment

* Personable and comfortable with client communication

* Full driving license
