Lead IT Risk AdvisoryLocation - London
Salary - £110K + 40% Bonus + Bens
This role plays an integral role in the risk assessment of a global banks security posture, helping to make decisions of the onboarding of new products, services and technology. You will be a key figure responsible for ensuring groups across the function are aware of emerging risks, helping them understanding the use of new technology, whilst you assess risks associated.
The overall department is responsible for identifying IT risks on banking platforms, recommend improvements and help communicate with stakeholders so they can make sound risk management decisions.
Specific Responsibilities;Provide ICT and cyber security control recommendations for security architectural designs.Contributing to the decision-making of strategic technology choices.Challenging the selection process and the appropriateness of the functionality of the chosen system for solutions sourced.Review entity developed IT roadmaps to ensure alignment to the Group IT strategy and ensure that existing and future ICT risks related to the IT environment have been considered.Detailed knowledge of banking platforms and underlying technologiesAble to bring extensive knowledge of architectural patterns, technology components and vendor solutions.Keeping an eye on emerging digital trendsRequired Skills;Exposure to applicable risk and control frameworks and regulations.Thorough understanding of systems, interfaces, data and infrastructure of banking systems and the underlying technologies used to implement the components.Thorough understanding of security controls (encryption, network security, IDAM, logging and monitoring).Ability to integrate various security and data protection technologies and controls into a cohesive architecture that sufficiently mitigates risk to the enterprise.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Relevant Qualifications include; CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, Security+.This role is URGENT with immediate start dates available, PLEASE APPLY NOW!
