HR Advisor- £40,000-45,000- Farnborough

A leading defence and security consultancy are looking to bring in an experienced HR Advisor to join their team based in the South East on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation who will enable you to work on exciting, cutting edge and solution based portfolio of projects and programmes - making a difference for their mission critical clients.

The HR Advisor will be instrumental in implementing performance plans and up skilling line managers.

This is a fast paced environment with challenging timescales which demands resilience in dealing with many conflicting tasks at one time for a variety of customers.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

* Provide customer focused comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice, support and solutions to Managers and Employees in line with organisation policies and procedures on a range of employee relations matters.

* Support the development and maintenance of a performance management culture across the business.

* Deliver HR related training to an individual or a group when required.

* Providing HR Advisory input into Centre of Excellence projects, change management programmes and working groups/project teams as require

Qualification/ Skills & Attributes:

* Demonstrable experience of working in a business facing generalist HR role

* Experience of change management through consultation, including redundancy, TUPE, and T&Cs

* Excellent Employment Law knowledge and demonstrable application of knowledge

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to produce succinct correspondence and reports

* Hold, or working towards, a CIPD Qualification or equivalent

* Ability to Influence with a wide range of stakeholders
