IT Support Engineer / Second Line Desktop / Service Desk Analyst that has experience in site moves, renewing IT equipment, setting up meeting rooms (wePresent / phones etc.) with excellent End User Support skills is required for a well-established Company based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

RATE: £150 - 200 per day

TYPE: 1 Month Rolling Contract

LOCATION: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

TRAVEL REQUIRED: In addition to working from Hemel Hempstead you will also be required to travel to Scotland to set up the new meeting rooms at the Company’s new office and may also be required to travel to Ireland to renew IT equipment onsite. - Travel expenses to Scotland and Ireland would be paid by the Client.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new contract job opportunity for an IT Support Engineer / Second Line Desktop / Service Desk Analyst that has experience in site moves, renewing IT equipment, setting up meeting rooms (wePresent / phones etc.) with excellent End User Support skills.

Working as the IT Support Engineer / Second Line Desktop / Service Desk Analyst you will work on several projects involving:

                                                                                                                                                                 Site Moves - moving technology to the client’s new building, which will involve dockings station setup, network activations, computer configuration etc.

                                                                                                                                                                 Meeting Room Set Up - setting up the technology in the client’s new meeting rooms (wePresent / phones etc.)

                                                                                                                                                                 Technology Refresh - refreshing / renewing IT equipment on site and arranging the proper disposal of IT equipment that’s no longer needed

In addition to these core duties you will also provide End User Support when required.
