At the QA Consulting Graduate Academy, we help technical talent to develop skills that will keep us at the forefront of technology.

As a Graduate Software Development Consultant here, you’ll have the training you need to support our customers in becoming self-sufficient in using and optimising their technologies. Your exact responsibilities will depend on your focus. You could be working on end-to-end software development projects, automating Cloud software integrations and deployments, developing, maintaining, testing and evaluating solutions against extremely large data sets, or automating processes using technologies like Selenium, JMeter and SOAP-UI. Across everything we do, we work in agile teams delivering working software to our customers every two weeks.

What to expect:

Your first 12 weeks will begin with a bespoke training programme at MediaCityUK in Salford. Your training will cover one of the following: Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Software Quality Assurance, Project Management or Business Analysis. We’ll provide free accommodation or a living allowance and, as you grow your skills and knowledge, you’ll have the opportunity to gain industry-recognised certifications.

What we’re looking for:

                              A 2:2 in any STEM-related degree - or a 2.1 in any other degree with a real drive to pursue a career in technology

                              A can-do approach and the flexibility to relocate to client sites anywhere in the UK once you’ve completed your training

                              Eligibility to apply for UK security clearance (you’ll need to have been based in the UK for the last five years with no more than three months away at any one time)

                              Ideally, exposure to programming languages
