An award winning Cloud Consultancy in Oslo are looking to hire a Senior Cloud Architect to take accountability for the end-to-end customer cloud adoption and deployment experience. This is both a technical and customer facing role in which the Cloud Architect will own the Cloud technical customer engagement, including; cloud adoption roadmaps, architectural review and design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or proofs of concepts. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture and application design discussions with senior customer executives to drive cloud deployment.

Required skills:

* 5+ years' experience of architecture, design and implementation of highly distributed applications ie having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, exposure to cloud native design principles such as well-architected

* 2+ years of experience in migrating on-premise workloads to the cloud

* 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects

* Demonstratable experience of building low level cloud platform architecture such as networking, management; logging, monitoring and alerting, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, authentication, secrets management, data management

* Deep technical experience in enterprise mobile, identity and access control, & security solutions

* Deep understanding and experience of success factors in delivering production-ready cloud workloads

* Preferred certifications (one or more); AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate, AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional, MCSA Cloud Platform, MCSA Web Applications, MCSE Cloud Platform & Infrastructure

* Programming language, either; PowerShell, Python, Ruby, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, Java, Bash, JSON, PHP This position would offer the opportunity to work for a reputable organisation within an international environment, career development opportunities and a competitive salary package.
