£35,000 - £55,000 + 20% Bonus + Car + Laptop + 26 Days Holiday + Incentives

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking to take the lead within a new role and build your own team?

This is a brilliant opportunity for a BDM who has previously worked in a recruitment environment to take the next step in their career by spear heading our new BD project.

We are looking for someone to come into the business and show us how it's done. You will be tasked with creating new opportunities for us to win business, and creating your own BD team based on your success.

The Role:

*You MUST be from a recruitment background to apply for this role

*Pitching and presenting at boardroom level to directors/managers of Engineering or IT companies

* Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales

* scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.

* Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business

* working on sales follow-up activities
