This is an opportunity to join an established IT services company who work with a wide range of clients mainly based in central Scotland.
The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge within IT technologies, including the Microsoft platform and applications. In return, they bring you the opportunity to work with a great team within a market leading company.
You will have proven experience in resolving network issues and be passionate about customer satisfaction.
A sound understanding of infrastructure technology including networks and servers are fundamental for this role.
Responsibilities/Accountability:
- 1st line support, for Network (troubleshoot, diagnosis and incidents)
- Customer focused
- Industry certified
- Call resolutions, technical support
- Internal and external support queries
- Create and maintain client documentation
Skills/Experience
- Proven track record of delivering within a service desk environment ideally working with industry standard tools such as Connectwise and ITGlue
- Understanding of ITIL and process
- Service Management methodology knowledge
- Excellent telephone skills
Qualification/Certification requirements
Experience with Cisco Meraki, Auvik and NetScout
2 years work experience
