An excellent role for an experienced SHEQ Advisor looking to join a specialist telecommunications infrastructure company where you will help to ensure that all SHEQ requirements are satisfied, with potential to progress within the business as it grows.

Do you have experience of developing Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) programmes? Do you have experience within the utilities, telecoms industries or come from a similar background?

This company specialise within the telecoms industry where they provide an expert service across the whole of the midlands and Home Counties, with operations potentially moving to a nationwide scale as they move forward. They are rapidly expanding and have won several multimillion pound contracts with an ever growing order book. They have doubled their turnover over years and are projected to continue to grow year on year. Due to this they are looking for an SHEQ Advisor who will become instrumental in ensuring SHEQ standards are adhered to as they continue to grow, potentially moving in to a managerial role.

In this responsible role you will create and deliver SHEQ programmes to influence and develop a health and safety culture, update policies and procedures in line with applicable SHEQ legislation, and ensure field operatives adhere to policies in place by feedback received from the client. Candidates will need to have an IOSH and preferably a NEBOSH.

This role would ideally suit a SHEQ Advisor who is looking to support the company to maintain their incredibly high standards in health, safety and quality where you will work within a close knit, expanding team within a company that's supports it staff offering potential to progress technically and professionally.

* Experience or knowledge of telecoms/utilities industries
* Ability to be and effective auditor of SHEQ performance across the company
