Technical Lead / Lead Developer / Senior Software Engineer - Hatfield - £55,000 - £65,000 plus excellent benefitsA well renowned and globally recognised Technology Company is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer, with proven Leadership skills, to join an important team based in Hatfield. The position has become available due to internal promotions and presents a great opportunity for the right candidate to make a huge impact and to take the next step in their career.
The team operate in a genuinely agile environment and play a vital role in designing and developing new functions and updates for a range of business-critical applications. You will be involved in the full end to end process, working closely with business stakeholders to fully understand requirements and ensure they are transformed into viable solutions.
As the Lead developer you will have technical responsibility for the team's functionality and be happy to coach and mentor junior colleagues. This is still very much a hands-on position though, so solid development skills and a passion for software engineering is essential.
