Business Analyst - Prague

Your Role
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for producing IT business analysis for one or more of the Agile Development teams. Presenting strategic projects and operational improvements for the Business. Your Key accountabilities will be to:
* Working with the business to determine and script clear and concise business/functional necessities through meetings/workshops.
* Coordinate with the relevant design authorities and IT teams firm-wide to ensure that all new components fit within guiding principles.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager/Delivery lead in order to raise key issues and risks.
* Implement and advance the agile approach to software delivery.
Desirable Skills
* Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach with very good organisational skills.
* Ability to evaluate information quickly and make informed decisions.
* Experience using Excel for data analysis, with the ability to potentially spot patterns and anomalies in large data sets.
* Desirable experience of using SQL for data extraction.
* Financial mathematics, risk management and derivatives knowledge.
* Understanding of Counterparty Risk (XVA) trading, pricing and risk management or similar (e.g. Credit or Market Risk).
* Practical experience of project delivery
