IT Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Manager to join a huge international Christian charity in their East London Office.
The IT Manager will work closely with the International Director of IT to ensure the Service Desk Team deliver consistent and excellent service, all within a fantastic and collaborative work environment! This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious IT Manager to enter a role where they can begin to take on new responsibilities, develop new and exciting skills (such as disaster recovery) and take a big step into IT management.
Skills required for the IT Manager:
* Excellent knowledge of basic 1st line services such as End-User hardware/Application Support
* A willingness to take on managerial responsibilities and learn how to lead a team
* Ability to support senior management with system strategies through awareness of new IT trends
* Manage IT assets and ensure that spending remains efficient and within budget
