ERP Finance transformation Lead -Permanent - Solihull - £90,000 plus car allowance.

Our end user client is currently seeking a ERP Finance transformation lead to support a global deployment of S/4 Hana.

Experience & Background:

Essential requirements:

* Minimum 15 years' experience working in Finance leadership roles in a Global/European manufacturing organization.

* Experience of leading a Finance function through an SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Finance implementations.

* Proven experience in an Finance leadership role (Finance controller, Finance Director)

* Strong Leadership and communication skills

* Excellent Organizational Change Management skills and evidence of results in deploying Enterprise Resource Planning successfully for large companies.

* Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts and priorities.

* Inherent adaptability regardless of the complexity or variability of a situation, employs maxims for guidance with meanings that adapt continuously.

* Proven experience developing training content and working with Organizational Change Management regional team leads to assess User Change Impact.

* Experience establishing new processes across diversified Business Units with regard for operating and local statutory requirements.

* Prior development and facilitation of Blueprint workshops on multiple process areas with a focus on new General ledger functionality strong Fixed Assets experience.

* Ability to assemble a Global/European Finance team with strong leadership to coach and grow regional Enterprise Resource Planning and functional teams. Ability to manage activities / tasks for geographically dispersed team with tight timelines and competing priorities.

* Exceptional communication skills: Influence, collaboration, conflict, and expectation management to work with global Information Technology and business teams to deliver expected results.

* Strong Leadership and SAP skills in deployment of Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) to global manufacturing companies.

* Multi language skills are a plus.
