IT Support Engineer - Global Asset Management - Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Central London
My client is one of the top asset managers and has over £1trillion under management.
They are looking for an IT Support with a couple years' experience to join the growing team. Based in Central London you will provide onsite 2nd level desktop, application and Telecom Support.
You must have the ability to organise own workload and self-manage IT support issues efficiently within a pressurised environment providing a high level of service to all users and ensuring the smooth running of all appropriate processes and systems.
* Incident and problem management, break-fixes, restores
* Analysis and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems
* 2nd Level technical support including answering IT query calls, processing query emails
* 1st Level telephony support, moves, add and changes, leased lines installs in collaboration with banks/brokers, configuration on trader phones
* User and computer account administration and troubleshooting
* Participate in global technology initiatives and projects
* Work proactively with the Desktop Support team members in other regions on improving efficiency, processes and service quality to the business
