Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a Network Analyst, to be based with our client in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a flexible organisation who are in the process of completing a number of networking projects, and are looking for a Network Analyst, who can provide some extra support in both a project and BAU setting.

The pay rate for this role will be between £320-£360 per day. The start date for this role will be as soon as possible, so if you are looking to get into a contract before the New Year, this would be an excellent opportunity.

Our client is looking for a Network Analyst who can offer them support in a number of projects, including some datacentre work, and in a BAU setting. This role will not require an engineer to build, rather provide input into the support, maintenance and BAU state of the network technologies, along with any improvements that could be made. To compliment this, if you could write some concise documentation, that will aide our client in future projects. Our client use a number of technologies in their networking stack, so this would suit an experienced engineer with a wide range of skills, who can consult with the infrastructure team and make an immediate impact.

Essential Skills:

* Proven history as a Network Engineer

* Experience within a data centre and BAU environment

* Strong Cisco switching and routing experience, CCNA qualified (Cisco Catalyst and Edge)

* Sophos Firewalls

* DHLP

* Strong knowledge of VLAN's and routing across WAN
