As a Security Engineer you will lead the company's Cyber Defence team who help organisations build effective defences against modern attacks. You will focus on strategic initiatives and operational management to deliver sustainable capability improvements over time and will oversee and contribute to projects delivered by the team.

Requirements:

*Excellent understanding of the motivations and methods adopted by a wide range of threat actors

*Strong team leadership skills and able to motivate and develop others

*Familiar with client relationship management, service deployment, proposal and report writing and presentations

*Excellent communication skills
