Paying up to £40,000 a year, this housing association needs you to deploy their brand new CRM system and support the users through future changes and upgrades. You will have ownership and total responsibility for the new solution. You will get 40 days' holiday and flexible working hours.
Working on a brand new Dynamics 365 system, you will be responsible for:
* The deployment of their new CRM system
* The upkeep and maintenance of the internal solution
* Supporting and training users in order to optimise the functionality of the application
An ideal candidate will:
* Need a strong background in running and administering Dynamics CRM
* Be comfortable with customising and configuring Dynamics
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
