Our client has grown steadily over the last decade, expanding their dry lining business into interior fit-out for commercial, retail, leisure and residential sectors working with large contractors, property developers, international retail, restaurant and hotel chains. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Architect / Technologist to join their team.

Job Description:

- Qualified Architect with min. 5 years post qualification experience or

- Qualified CIAT Technologist with min. 5 years post qualification experience

- Ability to run projects and project teams for projects ranging from £2m-£10m

- Technical focus to take projects from planning / tender stages through to completion

- AutoCAD experience essential

- Revit experience (job delivery level) very beneficial as we would like to introduce Revit

- Time management for self and project teams

- Ability to engage consultants and coordinate their outputs and delivery to suit project programmes

- NBS spec writer proficient

- Highly organised and efficient, motivated and enthusiastic attitude

- Proactive approach to the work, the team and the company is essential

- In-Design experience useful but not essential

Package:

- Circa £45k to £55k per annum dependant on experience

- Car allowance £4k per annum

- Basic pension

- 20 days leave + 1 day for each years service up to 5 years (max 25 days leave) + bank holidays

- Annual performance related bonus scheme at discretion of employer
