IT Service Desk Analyst

We have a very exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join one of the best UK leading charities based in Kings Cross, Central London. As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will support the Service Desk process and team by providing excellent customer-focused service whilst overseeing and ensuring reported incidence receive appropriate and timely responses.

The successful IT Service Desk Analyst will also be responsible for managing and maintaining work standards and providing escalation to the 2nd line Service Desk team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, move into a senior role, learn 2nd line Service Desk responsibilities and learn new technologies. The IT Service Desk Analyst role will be an initial 6-month FTC although there is a strong possibility the role will go permanent.

Skills and experience required for the IT Service Desk Analyst are:

* Previous experience working within a customer focused service desk environment.

* Experience with troubleshooting for all Windows OS.

* Understanding of all MS Office (2016/o365 desirable) products.

* Experience with WAN, LAN, Servers, Intranet, Internet and TCP/IP.

* Experience with AD and Exchange.

Location: Kings Cross, Central London

Salary: £25,000 - 29,000.
