Senior QA Engineer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ideas-driven Senior QA Engineer to join an impressive FX Trading Software provider based in Central London. The Senior QA Engineer will be working on the development of new web-based software products and providing strategic direction on their approach to testing within this real-time software environment.
This truly autonomous role is ideal for a Senior QA Engineer with a detailed background within software testing and experience of making key decisions to drive the improvement of testing ideally with exposure to Front-End and Back-end Development teams and the wider development stake-holders.
The successful Senior QA Engineer would be working closely alongside back end developers, project managers and the design team and you will be working on a wide range of testing activities, you will also eventually lead your own team of QA's.
Essential skills and experience required for the Senior QA Engineer:
* Detailed QA software testing experience - automation is essential
* Strong wed based testing experience
* Advanced knowledge of testing approaches, techniques and methodologies
* Programming/scripting Experience and SQL database usage
* Strong experience in writing testing documentation
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
