We are looking for 1st/2nd line support to join a managed services provider based in Manchester on a permanent basis due to rapid expansion.

The role will be based on telephone call handling and resolving technical support tickets 1st time around.

* Microsoft Desktop 2+ years experience

* Administering and supporting VMWare

* Administering and supporting VOIP

* Administering and supporting Microsoft Windows Server

* Administering and supporting O365

* Administering and supporting Microsoft Exchange

* Networking experience

* Network administrating and data backup technologies
