Product Manager (Mobile / Broadband / VOIP) - London - Initial 3 months

Product Manager (Mobile / Broadband / VOIP) to join a multinational telecommunications company based in London on an initial 3 month contract.

The Role:

This role will be a "Support" journey owner for the client's volume products working within an agile digital team in London.

Key Skills:

* Mobile, broadband and IP Voice product management experience either in a bundle or outside a bundle

* Product owner and product support experience

* Agile methodology

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for providing product support for digital refresh, mobile, broadband and IP Voice products for micro business spaces, either in a bundle or outside a bundle.

* You will be working with the tech teams to test phone lines and broadband connections to diagnose faults.
