Programme Manager - Operations
A brand-new opportunity for a Programme Manager (Operations) has arisen, working for an industry leading and globally established business, based at their London or Birmingham offices. The Programme Manager (Operations) has the responsibility for the successful delivery of high profile internal and external (public and private sector) projects, as well as direct line management for a remote team of 6: 3 Project Managers and 3 Customer Trainers.
The successful Programme Manager (Operations) will be facilitating workshops, creating project documentation, presenting findings on a regular basis to key stakeholders / managers and supporting their team to drive projects to successful completion.
Essential skills and experiences needed for the Programme Manager - Operations:
* Experience of direct line management of a team
* Experience of people networking and developing strong relationships
* Knowledge and experience of working with IT projects
* Knowledge of Customer Experience concepts and customer lifecycle programs
* A proven track record in project management, delivering to stringent SLAs and KPIs
* Excellent Microsoft Office and Project skills
* PRINCE2 practitioner and ITIL certified (desirable)
This position will be working within a division that provides leading edge document technology and will be part of an ever growing, fast paced and expanding business.
Salary: £60k + Bonus + Car allowance + Excellent company benefits
